New CAQC Chair
Dr. Olive Yonge has been appointed as Council's third chair,
effective 19 December 2012. The government's announcement of
the decision is available on Council's website under
Press Releases.
Meeting Dates
Please note Council's revised April meeting date will be: 15-16
April 2013. (The previous date noted was 22-23 April
2013.)
Revised Handbook
Appendix I (Independent Academic Experts) has been revised, and
a new section on Cyclical Review of Programs has been added.
Section 5.2.3 (Results of Institution's Cyclical Program
Evaluations) has been substantially revised and the title of the
section changed. These changes to the CAQC Handbook were
adopted by Council at its 10-11 December 2012 meeting.

Meeting Dates
Council has adopted the following dates for future meetings:
10-11 December 2012, 31 January 2013, 22-23 April 2013, 20-21 June
2013, and 19-20 September 2013.
Action Plan
Campus Alberta Quality Council's 2012-2015 Action Plan has been
adopted by Council and is now available on its website under Publications.
Annual Report
Council's eighth Annual Report for the period 1 April 2011 to 31
March 2012 is now available on Council's website under Publications.
